I have been receiving a number of phone calls and visits inquiring about the Fall 2009 Calendar.

It is coming out VERY soon.
The calendar and membership form should arrive at your door during the week of July 20th.
Answers to Frequestly asked questions:
- You must renew your membership every year.
- You must fill out a Membership Application Form every year as we need to confirm our database is correct. If you are a couple, your partner must fill out a separate form as well.
- You must fill out a Course Registration Form (which is provided on pg.23 of the Fall Calendar). If you are a couple, your partner must fill out a separate form as well -- this will be provided in the envelope.
- You may not reserve a spot in a course (with the exception of Computer Courses). ALL COURSES are on a first come first served basis
- We really do look at the post-marked dates on your envelopes.
- We do not know where the room locations are until just before classes begin, but you will be notified as indicated in the Calendar (see on pg. 4 of the Fall Calendar when it arrives)
- We do not take CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
- You can write one CHEQUE to cover membership & courses. (for an individual OR a couple)

Please remember for COMPUTER CLASSES ONLY to first check availability of a course with the office. Send in your registration form and payment only after your space in this course has been confirmed.
