FIRST CUTS: Introduction to Filmmaking

Programs for 50+ at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, in cooperation with Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts, is launching a workshop to learn about filmmaking. Be among the first to shine in this introductory course.

This five-part workshop is for adults 50+.

Learn the theory of filmmaking and experiment with hands-on creativity; explore the techniques and language of digital motion picture production with your peers. Expand your knowledge through short exercises and group assignments designed around lecture topics.

The top films will be highlighted at the annual Peter Gerretsen Film Awards in the fall.
