LIFE INSTITUTE TRIBUTE CARDS

Tribute Cards are a distinctive way to honour the special people and events of your life while making a gift to LIFE Institute.  You are probably familiar with this type of card from other organizations that you have supported.  You can say many things with your LIFE Institute tribute cards:

• Honour the memory of someone who has passed away
• Happy Birthday
• Congratulations
• Get Well Soon
• Best Wishes
• Thank you

Use the card to say these things while you are making a donation to LIFE Institute's Legacy for Learning, which supports programs for the 50+,  or to the Jack Brown Award, which provides bursaries for Ryerson students.

Your card will be welcomed by the recipient, and your support will be much appreciated by those who benefit from your gift.  You will receive a receipt for income tax purposes.

Give the following information:
• Who is being honoured and why
• Address of where the card is to go
• Your name and address (who is making the donation)
• The amount of the donation

Then send in your cheque made out to LIFE Institute Legacy for Learning
or LIFE Institute Jack Brown Fund to:

Tax Receipts are issued for all donations of $25 and over.
